Role Objective:

The Sales Branch Leader (SBL) will be tasked with implementing sales tactics aimed at enhancing CC's market presence among both new and existing clientele, particularly within the manufacturing industry. The SBL will focus on marketing CC's parts washer and environmental solutions to small to medium-sized industrial and automotive repair establishments. The continuous expansion of branch sales will be a critical focus of this position. A vehicle allowance will be provided, and the SBL is expected to utilize their personal vehicle for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and engage in safe work practices in alignment with all CC safety protocols.
  • Manage customer service and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated geographical area.
  • Explore additional service offerings with current accounts.
  • Evaluate potential client needs, present CC's products and services, and acquire new customers.
  • Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Branch Manager as necessary.
  • Conduct field assessments and accurate sampling of various waste streams at client locations.
  • Generate sales leads for Data-Marketing initiatives.
  • Support CC field sales representatives in their efforts to establish new customer accounts.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Meet sales targets for overall revenue and new customer acquisition.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including but not limited to environmental, health, and safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to interact effectively with customers, branch personnel, and other corporate divisions.
  • Proficient in using electronic devices, computers, and office equipment.
  • Adept at operating equipment such as hoses, pumps, and all truck apparatus.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and foster growth across all business lines.

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience is essential (experience in HCC sales is advantageous).
  • Background in industrial sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access) is required.

Educational and Certification Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Capability to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Medical Card with HAZMAT and Airbrake Endorsements is preferred.
  • Ability to secure TWIC/rapid gate/port pass is preferred.
  • Must possess a motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds CC's established standards, including but not limited to:
    • Seat belt and cell phone violations.
    • Excessive speeding.
    • DUI, suspension, and/or multiple vehicle collisions.
