Essential Job Functions:
  • Welcomes and assists customers in alignment with established service standards.
  • Manages financial transactions, including cash exchanges for slot tickets, executing credit checks, and processing checks.
  • Handles check processing efficiently.
  • Calculates, categorizes, records, and verifies cash and coin in accordance with specific policies and guest service standards.
  • Ensures accurate cash exchanges and receipt transactions. Processes jackpot payouts and provides change while breaking down bills.
  • Balances funds and assets at the conclusion of each work shift.
  • Responsible for redeeming sports wagering tickets at a designated cage window.
  • Willingness to work as a Sportsbook Writer before or after scheduled shifts, including days off.
  • Adds value by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Adheres to all components of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Customer Identification requirements.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience includes one or more years in cashiering or a related field.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
  • Regularly required to see, speak, or hear; stand; use hands for handling or feeling; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to engage with others while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
