Cambria is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Showroom Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Sales and Distribution Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Assist trade partners and homeowners/consumers in selecting the perfect Cambria products for their projects
- Offer expert advice and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage Showroom Operations
- Oversee the overall look and feel of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the Cambria brand
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and product launches to engage customers and promote our products
- Build Strong Relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with field sales employees, architects, designers, and other industry professionals
- Collaborate with the sales team to support their sales efforts and drive business growth
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay current on the latest trends and products
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and improvement
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience
- One year of experience in retail, showroom, or a related field; experience in commercial or residential industry a plus
- Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suites, and Salesforce
