About the Role

Cambria is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Showroom Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Sales and Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Assist trade partners and homeowners/consumers in selecting the perfect Cambria products for their projects
    • Offer expert advice and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Manage Showroom Operations
    • Oversee the overall look and feel of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the Cambria brand
    • Plan and execute events, workshops, and product launches to engage customers and promote our products
  • Build Strong Relationships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with field sales employees, architects, designers, and other industry professionals
    • Collaborate with the sales team to support their sales efforts and drive business growth
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay current on the latest trends and products
    • Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience
    • One year of experience in retail, showroom, or a related field; experience in commercial or residential industry a plus
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suites, and Salesforce
