This opportunity allows you to apply for all New Graduate Nurse RN positions within our healthcare system.
We provide a comprehensive support system for new nurses, including tailored training programs, mentorship, and a residency designed to enhance your career trajectory.
A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates in specific units, and a relocation bonus is offered for those relocating from more than 50 miles away.
Our Nurse Residency Program spans one year, providing hands-on experience to cultivate essential clinical and critical thinking skills. As a Graduate Nurse Resident, you will be part of a nurturing community of nurse educators and experienced professionals who facilitate your transition from student to registered nurse.

Job Responsibilities
The Nurse Residency Program equips you with the necessary tools to thrive in a hospital setting. This paid program includes:
- Advanced training in a specialty area.
- Monthly educational workshops.
- Hands-on preceptorship with experienced staff.
- Skills assessment through practical simulations.
- Mentorship from seasoned nurse leaders.
- Collaborative projects based on evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts, reporting any changes.
- Execute medical procedures and document care accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Provide exceptional care by addressing patient needs promptly.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required before start date.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the state.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Local travel may be required for training purposes.
