About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager II to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability
  • Lead project teams, including superintendents, estimators, and engineers, to ensure effective project execution
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management software, and construction estimating tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
