ICU Nurse PRN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse PRN to join our team at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. As a critical care registered nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RN licensure by KY Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- BLS required.
- Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from non ICU area.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- One to two years clinical nursing preferred.
- ICU experience preferred.
