As a Clinical Supervisor - Physical Therapist at Interim HealthCare, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. With a focus on compliance and a commitment to excellence, you will play a key role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of physical therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum of three (3) years of physical therapy experience in home healthcare preferred
- Two (2) years of management experience preferred
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
