Home Health Clinical Supervisor RN Job Description

Location: Pueblo, CO

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to lead our home health team in Pueblo, CO. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising a team of clinicians, and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of patients
  • Ensure home care clinicians meet and exceed standards for safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice
  • Supervise paraprofessional and licensed professional team members
  • Use clinical decision-making to efficiently and effectively manage an assigned patient population
  • Assure the development of education for patients and families to promote patient progress toward mutually established goals

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience in home healthcare preferred
  • Two years of management experience preferred
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
  • Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion
