SLP Clinical Mentorship Opportunity

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to serve as a Clinical Fellowship Mentor for our Clinical Fellows in Homestead, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and in-person supervision to Clinical Fellows, adhering to ASHA guidelines
  • Develop and implement a mentorship plan to support Clinical Fellows in becoming independent practitioners
  • Conduct regular feedback and evaluations to ensure Clinical Fellows meet ASHA standards
  • Collaborate with The Stepping Stones Group to ensure a high-quality mentorship experience

Requirements:

  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the school setting
  • Ability to maintain state licensure and ASHA certification throughout the mentorship experience

Compensation:

The Clinical Fellowship Mentor will receive a monthly stipend for each Clinical Fellow supervised.
