We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Abington, PA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10 operating system and hardware components
  • Experience with Citrix virtualization technology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
