About the Role:
This position involves coordinating patient care, connecting patients with essential resources, and providing administrative support in scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a solid understanding of addiction treatment and healthcare systems.
Responsibilities:
- Connect patients with addiction treatment, recovery support, healthcare, and social services.
- Build and maintain relationships with community entities to provide outreach and support.
- Facilitate patient care coordination, including scheduling appointments and resolving insurance issues.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of successful working experience in a similar capacity; prior addiction or behavioral health clinical/program experience helpful.
- Current Medical Assistant Certification.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary and benefits, estimated to be around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
