About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at ClearVista Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Report all changes to the Registered Nurse (RN) and collaborate to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Perform routine procedures, such as vital signs and AccuChek monitoring, to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Assist in the admission process by orienting patients to the treatment environment and providing a warm welcome.
  • Secure patient belongings, valuables, and documents in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Conduct ongoing observations of patients and implement specific interventions to ensure their safety, including frequent rounding, primary searches, and visitor control.
