Role Overview

The Dietary Aide III is a key member of our Nutrition Services team, dedicated to providing exceptional nutritional care to MultiCare patients, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Process meal orders and ensure accurate menu modifications for patients with special dietary needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient trays, deliveries, and pick-ups to ensure seamless meal service.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, doctors, clinical dietitians, and other department staff to provide optimal nutrition care.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage in routine functions with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize knowledge of special dietary needs to ensure patients receive tailored nutrition care.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Two-year degree in Nutrition preferred.
  • Current Washington State Food Handlers Card.
  • Minimum six months experience in a customer service-oriented position preferred.
