Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and admitted attorney to join our team as a plaintiff lawyer for medical malpractice and negligence cases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and be able to prosecute cases on behalf of injured clients.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Signing up new cases and managing the pleadings process
- Defending depositions and conducting depositions as needed
- Preparing cases for trial and managing discovery demands and responses
- Coordinating with expert witnesses and preparing for mediations and arbitrations
- Preparing cases for trial and managing trial preparation
We offer a generous referral fee program for attorneys who can bring cases to our firm, as well as reimbursement for networking groups, bar associations, and CLEs.
