Responsibilities:- Obtain history and physical exam to break down clinical symptoms into manageable treatment options
- Educate patients and families about chronic spine, musculoskeletal, and nerve pain conditions
- Medication management with non-opioid medications
- Screening of new patients and determining procedural candidacy
- Follow-up with patients to assess response to treatment, including physical therapy, medication management, and interventional therapies
- Unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, Masters level preferred
- National Board Certification
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
