Summary
All Native Group is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Evening Custodial Technician, responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various facilities. The role involves executing cleaning tasks as directed by the Custodial Supervisor or Management, ensuring that all duties are performed independently and in accordance with established protocols. Training will be provided to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents to uphold sanitary and visual standards in restrooms, including sanitizing fixtures and replenishing supplies.
- Dust, clean, and polish furniture and fixtures, ensuring that all surfaces, including windows and walls, are maintained.
- Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Use vacuum equipment for carpet maintenance, including spot cleaning and stain removal as necessary.
- Manage waste disposal, including recycling efforts, and ensure proper waste container maintenance.
- Operate various custodial equipment effectively to fulfill job requirements.
- Communicate effectively with facility personnel regarding maintenance and cleanliness issues.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the Custodial Supervisor.
- Complete additional custodial tasks as required.

Work Environment

Physical Requirements
Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, operate office machinery, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The role requires effective communication and mobility within the work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess knowledge of cleaning materials and methods, along with the ability to perform manual tasks effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred. Applicants must also be able to pass a drug screening and security background check.
