- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring high-quality care and safety standards.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
