Key Responsibilities

The Route Driver Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the routes and schedules of motorcoaches, ensuring safe and efficient operation. This includes monitoring the condition of the vehicles, reporting any defects or issues to management, and communicating with customers regarding fares, routes, schedules, and operating rules.

The coordinator will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with department rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT medical exam
  • Ability to pass required drug and alcohol screenings
  • Availability to work at least 3 full days per week
  • Ability to be away from home overnight occasionally

  • Paid bi-weekly salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location and experience)
