Job Summary

The Turndown Room Attendant is a key member of the Housekeeping team at San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. This role is responsible for providing exceptional turndown and cleaning services to guests, ensuring a 5-Star, 5-Diamond rating experience in accordance with Forbes standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide turndown service in the evenings, preparing guestrooms for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
  • Clean and maintain guestrooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all collaterals and supplies are in order.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Office Coordinator and guest requests to the Supervisor or Office Coordinator as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to maintain a high level of service and quality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Housekeeping experience in an upscale hotel setting.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and productivity expectations.

Certifications/Licenses

  • At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, a gaming license may be required.
