The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, OTs, and COTAs to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose occupational disorders, developing personalized treatment plans to address each client's unique needs.
  • Educate and train patients, parents, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  • Supervise and mentor Speech Language Pathology Assistants, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and assistants to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences or equivalent.
  • Current AZ SLP licensure and fingerprint clearance card.
  • Ability to supervise assistants and provide leadership and guidance.
