Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Speech Language Pathologist with CenterWell Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Current certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Good organizational and communication skills
