Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive support to clients, facilitating all facets of daily plan administration.
• Perform nondiscrimination and other testing, and provide strategic alternatives for correction of failures.
• Prepare signature-ready Forms 5500 and other government filings for review.
• Effectively communicate regulatory information and testing requirements to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Research complex issues and use independent judgment in solving problems and making suggestions to clients to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal associates, clients, and vendors to develop and oversee the implementation of support strategies to deliver a superior customer experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience or ASPPA credentials (or willingness to obtain).
• Advanced working knowledge and understanding of retirement plan administration, design, and associated regulations and IRS tax rules, including required testing, Form 5500 preparation.
• Ability to function effectively in a self-directed environment.
