Plumber Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman Union

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Plumber Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman Union to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for performing general facility, building, and equipment maintenance and repair tasks, both scheduled and unscheduled, as assigned by the Call Center and/or Facilities and Maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform work order completion, preventative maintenance, and problem identification and resolution.
- Design minor plumbing/piping systems and determine material and supplies required for problem resolution.
- Document activities and utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System.
- Communicate with department management and team members.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) in a specialized field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Plumbing Maintenance field.
- Valid MD Driver's License and State of MD Journeyman Plumber License.
- Ability to work on-call.
