Plumber Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman Union

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Plumber Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman Union to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for performing general facility, building, and equipment maintenance and repair tasks, both scheduled and unscheduled, as assigned by the Call Center and/or Facilities and Maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Identify and resolve problems with plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and other issues.
- Design and install minor plumbing/piping systems as needed.
- Document activities and utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Communicate effectively with department management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) in a specialized field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Plumbing Maintenance field.
- Valid MD Driver's License.
- State of MD Journeyman Plumber License.
- Ability to work on-call as needed.
