Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our outpatient dialysis center. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
