Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Work Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid – Onsite)

Required Experience: 13+ Years

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master and handling multiple vendors
  • Experience in Agile project management teams
  • Experience in Planning and facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
  • Ability to manage end to end project life cycle and possess complete ownership of the project
  • Project planning scope management production release management and other project management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning risk management and or change management
  • Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to JIRA MS Excel etc.
  • Exceptional leadership time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
  • Excellent problem solving analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and deadlines
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background in software development Java Angular and AWS is a plus
  • PMP Certification CSM, PSM, ASM or similar certification is a plus
