Job Summary

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices on a daily basis
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and guests by providing excellent customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Responsibilities

  • Physical Demands
    • Lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
    • Push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds
    • Stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
    • Able to effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership
