  • Community Building: Develop strong relationships with community stakeholders, organizations, and partners to enhance health education, outreach, and advocacy efforts.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in social services, healthcare, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license (if applicable); clean driving record and personal vehicle for use (if applicable).
