Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team at ADP. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business improvements by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement targeted evaluation approaches to identify areas of business improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with field leadership and other stakeholders to identify business improvement needs.
- Provide regular evaluations and assessments of client interactions to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with system and service features, changes, and enhancements.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Client Service Representative or equivalent in a call center environment.
- Experience in Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Background in analyzing Consumer Insights is a plus.
