Key Responsibilities:

Role Summary:

  • Operate both booth air and gravity paint sprayers, utilizing high pressure-low volume and standard painting techniques.
  • Apply epoxy-based, polyurethane, and enamel coatings.
  • Perform touch-up applications of epoxy-based, polyurethane, and enamel coatings as necessary to ensure proper coverage on customer repairs.
  • Conduct conformal coating of printed wiring cards.
  • Mix paints, perform viscosity testing, and adjust equipment to meet specified requirements.
  • Create nameplates/labels on various media and adjust equipment according to customer work instructions and specifications.

Essential Duties:

Additionally, you will:

  • Facilitate the movement of products into and out of the repair area.
  • Work from manufacturing instructions and interpret blueprints.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a production spray painting environment is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and PDF viewing software.
  • Consistent attendance record.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work.
