Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Fairfield Inn Lincoln Airport. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and stock cleaning supplies, and prepare cleaning carts for daily use.
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the hotel, including rooms, public spaces, and hallways.
  • Wash and dry all hard floor areas, and dust and polish all furniture and fixtures.
  • Strip and remake beds with fresh linens, and restock amenities.
  • Inspect all door and window locks, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Must be willing to assist colleagues with their duties, and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Must be able to learn new tasks quickly, and follow all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to meet personal appearance and cleanliness standards, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Must have vision ability to see small details in low-light areas.
  • Must have upper body strength to lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to push and pull cleaning equipment.
  • Must have finger, hand, and upper body dexterity to maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
  • Must be able to work with arms raised above head for extended periods.
