Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business by executing a successful sales plan. This includes networking with industry and non-industry clients, generating new leads through cold calls and appointments, hosting company events, and presenting services to potential clients. You must be able to build strong customer relationships and close sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum one year of Business-to-Business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service
Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory
Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach
Proficient knowledge of web-based CRM software platforms
Valid driver's license required
