Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare hotel rooms to meet our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Stock rooms with amenities and linens as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be exposed to cleaning chemicals, dust, and noise. You will also be required to wear a uniform and follow all safety protocols.
