We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RN Resident to join our Medical Surgical Trauma team at Ascension Sacred Heart. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs, and communication of pertinent information to the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Assist with documentation and implementation of physician and nursing orders under the direction of the registered nurse preceptor.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate, monitor, and record changes in patient condition as appropriate.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing.
