Job Title: Lead Esthetician

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed financial metrics, including service revenue, average ticket, and guest retention.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within staffing, average ticket, and rebooking.
  • Lead by example, performing services on guests and maintaining personal productivity standards.
  • Manage all personnel, including training, product knowledge, and skills development.
  • Conduct 90-day probationary reviews for new staff members.
  • Assist with social media and marketing events.
Requirements:
  • Esthetics experience: 6 months to 1 year (preferred).
  • Retail or service industry experience: 1+ year (preferred).
