We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Surgical Technologist to join our team at Denver Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment, including the setup and breakdown of equipment and supplies.
- Participate in the surgical team to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and properly sterilized.
- Transport patients and equipment as needed, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of surgical procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a surgical or perioperative role.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
