Key Responsibilities:- Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
- Becoming skilled with and consistently using digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate the benefits of T-Mobile plans and services.
- Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- Bilingual- Spanish (Required)
- Hourly Base Pay: $16.50
- On-the-job training and eligibility for incentive pay within the first 90 days
- Annualized incentive target of $18,000/year
- Guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives
- Eligibility for an Annual Stock Grant
