Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician

Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including emergency and non-emergency situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including lifting, carrying, and transporting patients as needed
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, using GPS and map books to navigate to patient locations
  • Interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals in a professional and respectful manner
  • Complete accurate and detailed patient care reports, billing information, and other associated documentation
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment in a constant state of readiness, completing daily checklists and reporting any discrepancies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as an EMT in the State of Texas
  • CPR certification
  • Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 125 lbs. independently
  • Customer service skills
Work Schedule:

This position can work a variety of schedules, including 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts, and 48-hour shifts. We can accommodate a set school schedule, so if you have classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we could put you on a Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday schedule.
