Job Overview

CMM Realty Inc. is in search of a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of Maintenance Professional.

The Maintenance Professional will be responsible for addressing service requests, performing painting and pressure washing tasks, and maintaining the grounds, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair lighting and plumbing fixtures; execute minor repairs and replacements as necessary.
  • Repair or replace baseboards and trim as required.
  • Assess all doors and windows, ensuring locks are re-keyed as needed.
  • Patch holes in walls and carry out painting tasks as required.
  • Respond to service calls for basic repairs or replacements.
  • Conduct pool maintenance and landscape upkeep, including pressure washing and cleaning duties.
  • Evaluate all parking garage systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, enhancing their living experience.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions and complete standard documentation.
  • Capable of working in moderately challenging environments and regularly lifting items weighing up to and occasionally exceeding 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

While fulfilling the responsibilities of the Maintenance Professional, the employee will be required to sit, stand, bend, walk, and utilize hands and fingers to control objects. The role also involves reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs and ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. The employee must be able to lift 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance devices. This position typically involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
