Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring the development of optimal business processes and the implementation of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate across various departments and legal entities to effectively manage comprehensive project initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of requirements, technologies, and business strategies.

  • Lead the conversion of business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
  • Facilitate weekly status updates, maintain the program's RAID log, and conduct daily or weekly working groups to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide relevant information to management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in delivering significant cross-functional projects within large and complex financial organizations, including structuring initiatives, project planning, and resource management.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO-related system functions, encompassing payments, compliance, reconciliation, and regulatory changes.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and the broker-dealer framework.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk management, finance, operations, and data processes, along with the enabling technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding in diverse environments.

Skills:

  • 8 to 10 years of project management experience, including 2 to 4 years specifically in swaps, derivatives, and market operations.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solid understanding of swaps and derivatives are essential.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
