Infinera is seeking a highly skilled Module Advanced Development RF Engineer to join our team in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex RF structures for high-speed optoelectronic modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop next-generation high-speed optoelectronic module products
  • Develop test vehicles for evaluating performance and work with vendors to get designs fabricated
  • Design verification testing and data analysis
Requirements:
  • M.S. (Ph.D. desired) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience with RF design and testing, expertise with optical transmitter and receiver modules for telecom
  • Industrial experience and proven track record of taking products from early design and development to volume manufacture
  • Experience with RF design and simulation tools such as HFSS and ADS, familiarity with high-speed RF test equipment and methods
