About the Job

We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Traveling Teams Inc.

\

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of communication, and acting as the main point of contact for Group Leaders associated with assigned events.

\

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and interpersonal abilities, as well as basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software.

\

Regarding education and experience, we prefer candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate's degree or higher in a related field, and 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, sports management, customer service, or administrative office settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining high communication standards for all assigned events\
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Group Leaders\
  • Completing daily follow-ups using internal CRM software\
  • Handling emergency correspondence and relaying pertinent information to Placement Coordinators and department managers\
  • Proactively engaging internal customers and subject matter experts to effectively manage internal and external customer expectations\
  • Routinely engaging client contacts to provide proactive service and actively assessing client status, concerns, and expectations\
  • Completing all daily assignments in compliance with department standards\
  • Maintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to other relevant health and safety procedures\

Work Schedule

\

We operate from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (mandatory, in-office) for 40 hours per week.

\

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
