As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to the radiology team, ensuring safe staffing levels and staff competencies.
- Develop and manage the department budget to meet organizational and patient safety goals.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of departmental indicators and performance improvement activities.
- Respond to department needs by performing radiology technician duties when necessary.
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology from an AMA-accredited program.
- Specialized training in CT or MRI preferred.
- Supervisory experience in medical imaging functions.
- Current state license as a certified radiologic technologist (CRT) and fluoroscopy permit by CDPH.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Prime Healthcare offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $99,840.00 to $144,301.60 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement.
