Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Mercy Medical Center Redding. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing imaging examinations in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging examinations according to department routine
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
  • Operate imaging equipment and maintain it in good working order
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an American Medical Association-approved school of radiologic technology
  • Current California RT license
  • Fluoroscopy Certificate within six months of hire
  • ARRT certification if hired after January 1, 2003
  • BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in an acute care facility
