Position Title: Construction Site Manager
Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours Weekly
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project milestones.
- Enhancing resource allocation to ensure optimal project performance.
- Ensuring project efficiency and quality control to meet high standards as per RFCC guidelines.
- Selecting and managing subcontractors while coordinating their activities effectively.
- Conducting routine safety inspections to uphold safety protocols.
- Preparing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to building and safety regulations.
- Tracking project progress and financial expenditures to maintain budgetary compliance.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline (equivalent experience may be considered).
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in construction site management or a comparable position.
- Preferred certifications such as those from the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).
- A thorough understanding of building laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to enforce compliance with safety and quality standards while making informed decisions.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills for effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders.
