Financial Operations Job Summary
Terracon is seeking a skilled Project Financial Administrator to coordinate accurate and timely billing for our projects. The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare timely and accurate billing for designated projects.
  • Review and verify proposals/contracts to ensure accurate project registrations and billing requirements.
  • Generate, audit, and distribute draft invoices and/or credit memos to Project Management for review.
  • Prepare and submit final invoice packages, including cover pages, applications for payment, lien waivers, and other applicable backup.
  • Communicate project financial information to management for assigned projects.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' accounting related experience.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
