Position Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit. Your expertise will ensure that care is delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between physicians and patient care team, maintaining open communication and promoting cooperation with unit staff and other departments.
  • Supervise staff, authorize work procedures, and assign duties to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide input and recommendations to the director/manager on coaching, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
  • Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Personally, accountable for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.


Requirements:
  • 1-year clinical RN experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing required
  • BSN, preferred
  • RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
  • Nursing Specialty Certification related to the specialty is strongly preferred


Physical Requirements:

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
