- Provide a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club environment for members and guests, while helping new members feel comfortable and supported.
- Tour potential members through the club, describing our facilities, equipment, services, and amenities that align with their individual fitness needs and goals.
- Effectively communicate membership and fitness offers to members and guests, using our company-provided presentation tools and sales techniques.
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals, while driving club profitability and growth.
- Ability to use sound business judgment and strong analytical skills to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
- College degree preferred, with current CPR certification required.
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, with regular standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
