  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all screened items, including detailed reports on any suspicious packages encountered.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with the security team to communicate any incidents or breaches and take necessary actions when required.
  • Client Interaction: Provide assistance and guidance to employees or visitors regarding the proper handling of packages and mail to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
