Perioperative Care Specialist

TalentBurst is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we're seeking a skilled Perioperative Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of anesthesia care to our patients.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer general anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care, and Bier blocks as needed.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, including obtaining health histories, performing physical exams, and requesting diagnostic studies.
- Select, obtain, and administer pre-anesthetic medications as required.
- Obtain informed consent from patients and document the process in the electronic record system.
- Provide post-anesthesia care, including evaluating patient response to anesthesia and surgical experience, delivering reports to the recovery room, and administering medication as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
**Requirements:**
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure and current certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in perioperative care, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
